The science of yoga, is indeed the offering of the India to the world and this is recognised as well by the world. The yoga is the happy harmony of past cultural legacy of modernity and the science of yoga is destined to transform the human life and so perfectly rightly, this years theme of yoga celebration is coined as yoga for humanity. It is heartening to see that considerable and due recognition is being given to the art of yoga through people's daily practice of yoga, both young and old, men and women alike, for the benefit of a healthy and stress free life. The modern times are materialistic and there is a mad rush for name, fame and material things and so the need for yoga to compliment life and to promote a more wholesome picture, and for a commingling of the inner life with, and in a world that seems at odds with it, is paramount. Therefore let us all engage in yoga practice for a sound and balanced growth of human life. The yoga is integral for our optimal physical, mental and social wellbeing and hence we should commit to our practice of yoga for a wholesome life that is free from sickness, mental tension, depression and frustration.
We should make it a regular habit to incorporate yoga as part of our everyday life. There is huge necessity of making the practice of yoga as part of our routine life and yoga should be recognized as obligatory as our daily food and thus, we should practice yoga each day of our lives to keep ourselves fit and well eventually becoming healthy physically, psychologically and socially. The practice of yoga helps us remains free of all ailments and many pranayamas and physical movements also keep our blood pressure and stress and decrease, maintain a healthy fitness for sustaining respiratory, and generates longevity of human life and thus from a lifelong health and well being perspective we should practice yoga on regular basis. In fact, yoga keeps humans healthy and provides cures for many chronic ailments, for which reason we see huge participation of people in yoga in modern times. As should be well known, the science of yoga should not belong to particular religion but rather is universal in nature, and cosmopolitan in some sense, and from some other perspective we can say that yoga can be the expansion of the principle of Vasudavkutumbkam, meaning whole world is of one family.
Yoga indeed promotes the idea of one world family and unites humanity. Today life is full of stress, frustration and dejection and that has become a serious and concerning issue to mankind, while yoga practice will spare us from this state of dejection and frustration and help people to lead a fulfilling life. The practice of yoga takes us out of all negative emotions, negativity and provides positivity that is very necessary to maintain a healthy and stress-free lifestyle. Through the regular practice of yoga, we can protect ourselves from various lifestyle and other diseases, hence it is important for people to practice yoga for a meaningful, purposeful life that gives satisfaction. With this in mind, we should practice yoga for a fuller and balanced personality to live confidently without being a burden to society and become masters of healthy living. Yogic practices aides in the blood circulation and purification that protects us from various respiratory diseases and is another reason to practice yoga for an healthy and beneficial living.
Human beings of a modern society has to live either in stress or strain and he must be freed from the stressfulness of daily life's stress, and the practice of yoga can only free him from the stressfulness of all that man has made life into hell so it is essential that the people must be free to practice yoga to have a balanced and holistic life so that they must be able to practice a happy and contented existence. Therefore a person's life must be a happy, and contented and moderately well-meaning life while practicing yoga. The importance of yoga is so great that there is no similar form of exercise in existence today, and the significant worth and the value we place on yoga is being aka recognized and practiced throughout the world, as rightly with the difficult modern existence and due to what mankind has done to the world and our existence, with being born into existence, people are beginning take more importance to yoga practice to maintain a happy stressless and disease free existence. The population of the world are beginning to practice yoga for healthy existence and positive stressless existence, that people all over the planet are recognizing the significance of yoga for maintaining their health and well-being. Yoga is a nourishment to the soul, just as food nourishes the body to maintain a human life. People are also now realizing the significance of yoga, today even Musilims have realized how important yoga has become in platitude to retain a wellness and healthness and a physical and mental well-being sense of yoga existence or existence of being healthy, happy and well-being physically and mentally.
There is an immediate and urgent need to make yoga education a regular part of the curriculum so that schools will become engines of health education so that the products of the institutions will become healthy individuals. Some schools have made an effort to have yoga included in school education. That is a good start, and they should be commended in their efforts to include yoga in the curriculum. This should occur at all educational institutions that include yoga education in their curriculum, so they might create individuals who are healthy, strong, robust, mentally strong and morally and ethically fit who will later serve the development of the Nation. Regular yoga education should enter in the required subjects so they create physically strong individuals, and ethically, morally and emotionally fit individuals. It is also very important to stress the inclusion of yoga education in the school and university curriculum for healthy and holistic development and care of modern-day advancing young individuals. The government of the country should enact a legislation to the effect to make the teaching of yoga a compulsory in all educational institutions so that these institutions are in a position to groom well balanced human personalities.
Practicing yoga makes us feel fresh and energetic, and it also relieves us from depression and tension from the modern life. Not only common man is practicing yoga, but also allopathic doctors practicing yoga and prescribing yoga to the patients, this shows the importance of yoga. So, not only ayurvedic doctors prescribe and advise yoga to the patients, but the allopathic doctors also prescribe and advise yoga to patients for early healing and cure. In short, we all should take a pledge to practice yoga for balanced, holistic, healthy, contented, and happy life and make yoga part of our life.
